As Metropol International Human Resources, we are organizing practical trainings to transfer our expertise on recruitment and competence to Human Resources professionals and other executives and experts in the recruitment processes of companies. Each of these trainings is interactive and is optionally supported by post-training mentoring practices.


APPLIED RECRUITMENT AND INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES TRAINING

Through this training, it is aimed to carry out the recruitment and interview process effectively and efficiently.

This training program is informing the participants about the types of interviews and how they are structured , and allowing participants to experience the interview phase.

Through this training, it is aimed to gain the basic knowledge and skills necessary for competence and behavior-oriented evaluation process to the participants.

ASSESSMENT CENTER PRACTICE / ASSESSOR TRAINING

This training aims to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills required for the design and implementation of the assessment center process, and the evaluation of competence and behavioral indicators.
